Shipping Policy
All items at Tiger Driver Supply are made to order — nothing sits pre-printed in a warehouse, which means every piece is produced fresh just for you.
Production Time
Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. During high-volume periods (new drops, holidays), production may take slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Once your order ships, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the US, and 7–20 business days for international orders, depending on destination and customs processing.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination. Orders over $75 (US) ship free.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves production.
Multiple Items
If your order includes items from different product categories, they may ship separately in multiple packages, and may arrive on different days.

Refund Policy
Because every item is made to order specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for size, style, or change-of-mind reasons.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 14 days of delivery at tigerdriversupply@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll replace it or issue a refund at no cost to you.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong product, let us know within 14 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If it still can't be located, contact us and we'll help investigate.
Cancellations
Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, we can only accommodate cancellation requests within 12 hours of purchase. Contact us immediately at tigerdriversupply@gmail.com if you need to cancel.
